All orders are carefully packed with love (and plenty of care) at our Falala Warehouse.
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before dispatch. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may extend slightly we appreciate your patience as we ensure every item reaches you in perfect condition.
Shipping Partners & Timelines
We ship all orders across India through trusted logistics partners, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
- Non-Metro Locations: 5–9 business days after dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email update with your tracking details. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2,500
- For orders below ₹2,500, shipping is auto-calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.

Each Falala product is fragile we take utmost care in our packaging process.
All items are wrapped in multi-layer protective packaging (layers of high quality bubble wrap, foam sheets, and sturdy boxes) to ensure your décor arrives safely and beautifully.
