No Returns or Exchanges
As a policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.
Each item in our collection is seasonal, and often fragile in nature making it non-returnable. We are not liable for the damages made by the courier company.

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 working hours. Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion to ensure your experience remains smooth and delightful.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of product delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging until your claim is reviewed.

No Cash on Delivery
To maintain safe and efficient processing for our décor, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment gateway.
